He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Wallan and Sam Wallan; and his sister Mary Butler. He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his son David; his daughter-in-law Peggy Wallan; his grandchildren, Michelle Girton (Drew) and Matthew Wallan (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Abby, Cate Girton and Isla Wallan; and his sisters, Margaret Purtell and Frances Shaughnessy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
