She was predeceased by: her son Kelly Wilbur; and her brother Carl Desens. She is survived by: her husband James A. Wilbur; her daughter Debbie Wilbur (Roy Greer); her sister Carol "Sis" Desens; her sister-in-law Kathy Desens; and her grandchildren, Brian Brown, Kali Ander and Kelly Taft. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
