It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Martha Wagar (Averill Park, New York), who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Denue and Electa Crandall Denue; her husband Archie A. Wagar; and her brothers, William and James Denue.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Ann Wagar of Seattle, WA, Sonya Marie Thomas of Poestenkill and Barbara Rose Wagar of Watervliet; and her sister Mary Vincent of Hoosick. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren.
Martha was a retired secretary having worked for the American Cancer Society in Troy for a number of years.
