He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Hoffay Sr. and Ellie McBain Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Meranda Kellogg (Jeremy), Frank III and William; his siblings, John W. Hoffay, William J. Hoffay (Mary), Kathy Jordan (late Michael), Bambi McBain and Tammie Loveridge (David); and his grandsons, Connor and Liam Kellogg. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
