She was predeceased by: her father Donald Updike; and her uncle Billy Updike. She is survived by: her mother Sharon Kowal; her sisters, Melissa Heckstall (Mike) and Donna Updike; her nieces and nephews, Aneesa, Mecca, Alexis (Kyle), Madison, Lukas and Justin; her great-nephew Liam; her great-niece Zuri; the father of her child Shawn Lawton; and her cousins, Jesse and Dan Updike. She is also survived by numerous aunts uncles and cousins.
