He is survived by: his wife Lois Smith Horsman; his niece Martha DuPuis (Gary Williams); his nephews, John and Nathaniel Williams; his sister-in-law Joanne Smith; his nephews, Stanley Smith (Kelly) and Douglas Smith (Kim); his great-nephew Carl S. Smith IV (Ashley); and his great-nieces, Heather Bryant and Valery Facey (Ben).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Throop Fire Department or to a charity of choice in Paul's memory.
