She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Green and Marion Dunlop Green; her husband Joseph Hartman Sr.; her son Joseph; and her siblings, Donald, David, Hardy and Betty.
She is survived by: her sons, James Hartman (Margaret) of Auburn and David Hartman (Kathy) of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Jessa, Jimmy, Karley Hartman, Lisa (Mike) and Holly (John); her great grandchildren, Haven, Johnny and Grant; and her niece Darlene.
She will continue to help others as she was donated to the Anatomical Gift Program at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
