He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne and Emma Rose Allwood Sr. Laverne; his wife Margaret; his siblings, Arthur, Percy, Pearl, Adrian, Lulu Mae and Mildred Myrtle; and his friends, Grant and Andy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Marie of Seneca Falls and Patricia Smith of Auburn; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Richard, David, Kristian, Damien Smith, Kayla and Nicholas. He is also survived by several great- grandchildren as well as numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins.
