He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fogarty and Mary Fogarty (Jupin). He is survived by: his sister Mary Casey (William); his niece Elizabeth Pacioles (Toni); and his nephews, Patrick Casey (Leah) and Christopher Casey (Christina).
