He was predeceased by: his wife Maura Burns Foley; and also, Denis Foley (Bridget), John Foley, Thomas Foley (Bridget), Catherine "Kate" Horan (John), Mary (Moll), Bryant (Bert), Maurice Foley and William Foley (Phyllis).
He is survived by: his children, Alice Edwards (Mark) and Michael Foley; his grandchildren, Maeghan, Sean, Maura Edwards, Devon, Ceara and Aislinn Foley; his sisters, Margaret "Patsy" Duggan (Frank) and Noreen Kelly (Michael); his brothers-in-law, James and Patrick Burns (Carole); and his friends, America, Ireland and England.
