It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Lucey of Astoria, New York, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Lucey and William H. Lucey; and her former husband Jeff Elkins. She is survived by: her former husband Hervé Riou; and her siblings, Joanne Lucey of Florence, Barbara Lucey of Florence and William. She is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews.
