She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Regan, Sr.; and her parents, Alfred Hussey and Helen Hussey. She is survived by: her children, Mary Regan of Astoria, NY, Thomas Regan, Jr. (Terri Calhoun) of Spotsylvania, VA and Joseph Regan of Painted Post; her sister-in-law Ellen Regan of Horseheads, NY; her nephew Peter Mondesir (Tona Jane Lokey) of Gastonia, NC; and also, Watkins Glen and Guthrie.
Due to the pandemic, private services will be held now at the family's convenience.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in Barbara's name may be made to a charity of your choice.
