She is survived by: her children, John Noecker of Ashville, Karen Sowers (Ronald) of Ashville and Diana Phillips (Jim) of Amanda; her grandchildren, Jason Noecker (Dusty), John Benjamin Noecker (Karin), Carrie Noecker Stebelton, Annie Ett (Will), Rebekah Willis (Travis), Julie Leugers (Grant), Jacob Sowers (Laura), Emily Friedrich (Dave), Hannah Thomas (Ryan), Amanda Wemer (Ben) and Kent Phillips (Kalyn); and her siblings, Ernest Martin Martin-Keplar (Karen) and Marguerite Shelton. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
