He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Blakeslee and Irma Blakeslee (Housler); his wife Sally Blakeslee; his daughter Amy Kuenzi; and his sisters, Dianna Tobin and Meda Seekings.
He is survived by: his children, Dene Blakeslee (Pamela) of Ashville, NY, Holly Clark (Mike) of Panama, NY, David Blakeslee (Karen) of Cumming, GA and Amanda Durnell (Wendell Mihalek) of Kalamazoo, MI; his grandchildren, Nathan Blakeslee (Jessica), Aaron Blakeslee (Madeline), Evan, Megan Blakeslee, Jacob Clark (Amanda Frankson), Caleb Clark (Jacqueline), Ryan Kuenzi (Tiffany), Richelle Walston (David), Virginia, Avery, Ben Blakeslee, Collin, Allisandria, Jadon and Holden Durnell; his great grandchildren, Colton Clark, Myles Clark, Madeline, Clara, Henry, Oliver Kuenzi, Liam, Sophie and Sadie Walston; and his siblings, Otis Blakeslee, Cloie Eddy, Leila Armstrong and Nina Farris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
