She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hazzard and Dorothy Hazzard (Seely); her husband Lewis; and her sister Audrey Braley (Walter). She is survived by: her children, Joyce Jarrell (Temple) of Mebane, NC, Dale McIntyre (Susan) of Mercer, PA, Nancy Anderson (Kevin) of Kiantone, NY and Dawn Williams (David) of Ashville, NY.; her grandchildren, Russell, Joshua (Kendra), Reuben Jarrell, Katie White (Frank), Rebecca McIntyre, Molly, Emma Anderson, Sadie Rodes (Ryan), Peter Williams (Rachel), Mary Mayr (John) and Henry Williams; her great grandchildren, Kaleigha, Harmony White, Asher Jarrell, Melanie Mayr and Barnabas Rodes; and her siblings, Beverly Wiltsie of Frewsburg, NY and Norman Hazzard (Sylvia) of Columbia, MD.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
