Scott Blake Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2023, at the age of 57, Scott Blake of Ashville, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Scott Blake to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Blake and Marilyn Blake. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Rogers (Nathaniel), Daniel Blake (Becka), Kyle Blake (Jackie), Marilyn Blake and Ryleigh Blake; and his siblings, Tammy Magnuson (Deke), Edward Blake (Janel), Robert Blake, Jefferson Blake (Jennifer) and Brandi Jinks (David). He is also survived by six grandchildren, step-children, and a number of loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Scott's name to Chautauqua Tapestry, who's mission is to support individualized services that are accessible and comprehensive to meet the needs of youth with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families.
