He is survived by: his wife Patricia Soble of Ashville, NY; his children, Amy Lynn Soble of Ashville, NY and Richard T Soble III of Ashville, NY; his granddaughter Angel M Babyak of Ashville, NY; his parents, Lillian Chase and James Chase of Ashville, NY; and his siblings, Jim Chase (Anne) of Mayville, Jeff Chase (Cheryl) of Sugar and Brenda Chase Of Ashville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and brother and sister in laws.
