With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Hanshaw of Ashville, New York, born in Lovely, Kentucky, who passed away on August 26, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Evans; her great grandchild Dixie Lee; and her siblings, Cleveland, Charles, Elijah Evans, Mary Butts, Martha Murphy, Gertrude "Cook" Murphy, Ann Fisher and Ruby Evans.
She is survived by: her children, William Hanshaw (Annmarie), Brenda Gilmore (Richard), Robert Hanshaw (Tessa Edwards), Rhonda Spillman (John), Scot Hanshaw (Becky Hall), Chuck Hanshaw (Joyce), Kay Riley and Dale Hanshaw (Julie); her grandchildren, Jennifer Wright (Randy), Jessica Hanshaw (Ricky Sexton), Jordan Gilmore (Aryn), Sam Gilmore (Luzette), Cierra Gilmore, Emily Gilmore, Zander Edwards, Rinn Hanshaw, Tori Hawk (Dakota), Drew Hanshaw, William, Gerald, Raul Wyatt-Hall, Josh, Jeff Hanshaw and Melissa Jennings; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Logan, Colton, Cody, Austyn, Symon, Kynleigh, Evelynn, Kaiden, Ellie Mae and Noah. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family members, as well as her church family.
