He is survived by: his mother Judy Babyak Rodriguez; his wife Melisse Schrope; his sons, Jeramie and Andrew Rodriguez; and his siblings, Lisa Rodriguez of Ashville, Angela Rodriguez of North Tonawanda and Steve Rodriguez (Angela Ricotta) of Jamestown.
