She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lawrence and June Spencer Larson; her granddaughter Paige Louise Thomas; and her sisters, Betty Hughes and Janet Burrows.
She is survived by: her husband Adrian W. "Casey" Thomas; her children, Diane Foulk (Don) of Jamestown and Darien Thomas (Jill Piazza) of Lakewood; her grandchildren, Kasie Elizabeth Foulk of Jamestown, Courtney Thomas of Ashville and Andrew Piazza of Lakewood; and her great grandchild Reyna Thomas of Ashville.
