She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Vern and Constance Helen Speicher (Hille). She is survived by: her husband Gary E. Rathburn; her son Jeffrey Rathburn (Rachel) of Willard; her grandchildren, Jenna, Jace, Joanna, Braley and Eli; and her siblings, Robert Jr. Speicher (Jackie) of Henrysburg, Pam Stewart of Barnesville, Judy McManus (Lloyd) of Morristown and Debbie Withers (Mike) of St. Clairsville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
