It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana M. (Martell) Neumann of Arkport, New York, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Neumann; and her parents, Ione Martell and Neuman Martell. She is survived by: her brother Numan Allen Martell, Jr. of Arkport, NY; her brother-in-law Fred Neumann of Champagne-Urbana, IL; and her sons, Douglas and Bruce. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
