She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Sharon Faulk (Ken) of Aliquippa, PA, Michelle Lewis (Chris) of Apalachin, NY and Jeffrey Lapp (Melissa) of Binghamton, NY; and her grandchildren, Shawn (Rachel), Joshua (Lindsey), Jarred, Tyler, Caleb, Evan and Emma.
