We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Wayne T. Tretiak of Amsterdam, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Tretiak. He is survived by: his mother Doris Tretiak; his siblings, David Tretiak (Sheila) and Marcia Nowicki (Art); his children, Jennifer Butler (John), Rebecca Manning (Evan) and Kyle Tretiak; and his grandchildren, Kaydence, Harper and Trevor. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Wayne to the American Stroke Association and the Alzheimer's Association.
