It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis L. Wood of Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Reba Lawton; her daughter Sharon Wood; and her brother Ronald Lawton. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Barresi (Barry) of Denver, CO and Richard Wood (Pat) of Amsterdam, NY; her grandchildren, Michael Wood (Christina) of Amsterdam, NY, Kevin Wood (Carrie Francisco) of Delanson, NY, Alison Wood of Amsterdam, NY, Kristin Clark (Frank) of Denver, CO and Caitlin Teare Bell (Colin) of Denver, CO; and her great grandchildren, Broderick Wood (Brody), Naomi Clark and Frankie Clark.
