Patricia R. Witkowski Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia R. Witkowski (Amsterdam, New York), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on February 25, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo L. Connors Sr. and Mary T. Crispino Connors. She is survived by: her husband Donald F. Witkowski; her daughter Kelly Kociuba; her son-in-law Alex; her grandchildren, Alexandra and Lucas; her brother Leo Connors Jr.; her sister-in-law Janet Connors; her nephew Leo Connors III; and her nieces, Vicki Crow (Mike) and Karen High (Brian). She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
Patti's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Stockade Unit staff at Ellis Residential and Rehabilitation Center for the kind and loving care she received there, especially during her final days.
