He is survived by: his wife Milagro Santiago; his children, Samuel Santiago, Ariel Santiago, Elmer Santiago, Delia Sitterly, Neida Santiago, Luisa Gonzalez and Myrta Gonzalez; his stepchildren, Rosemary Negron, Medalyn Gonzales, Nilda Gonzales, Jose Gonzales, Hector Gonzales and Renee Robles; his siblings, Noel Santiago, Manuel Santiago, Alfredo Santiago, Heidi Montalvo, Rosa Lopez, Lucy Sartin and Ester Wingfall; and his caregivers, Neida and Denise. He is also survived by grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
