He is survived by: his sons, Gary Chatnik (Vicki) of Satellite Beach, FL and Don Chadwick (Heidi) of New York City; his grandchildren, Lauren Bergin (Colin), Corinne (Andrew), Leah Chatnik, Knox and Wade Chadwick; and his brother Norbert Czelusniak (Pat).
