She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lech and Josephine Lech (Buczek); and her brother Robert Lech. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Brock (Busch) and Amy Grogan (Thomas); her grandchildren, Vincent (Amanda), William (Bre), Amanda (Mark) and Ashley; her stepgrandchildren, Liza (Kevin), Elizabeth (Josh) and Austin; and her friend Anne Frank. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 2 nephews and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Frances' name can be made to the Office for Aging, 135 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY, 12010.
