He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen M. Lippert and Beatrice D. Grandusky Lippert; and his brother Matthew Lippert, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Penny Leigh Milliman; his daughters, Shelby Lippert (Cody Barton) of Allegany, Kelly Lippert of Allegany and Jamie Hopkins (Micah) of Harriman, TN; his grandchildren, Kynlee and Hunter Hopkins; his siblings, David Lippert (Barbara) of Allegany, Stephanie Klice (Brian) of Friendship, Thomas Lippert (Josephine) of Allegany, Mary Ann Yehl (Don) of Allegany, Daniel Lippert (Dorothy) of Olean, Melodie Giardini (Richard) of Allegany and Carol Truman (Dean) of Allegany; and his sister-in-law Cathy Lippert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
