She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold A. Dotts and Sarah Latisha Hopper Dotts; and her sister Patty Paulsen. She is survived by: her husband John Bright; her children, Andrew Kellner of Olean, Sarah Lanne Bright of Olean and David Bright of Olean; and her brother Daniel Dotts (Jeanette) of Milwaukie, OR.
Those attending in person will be required to wear a mask.
