He is survived by: his birth father James Atwater; his children, Shane, Seth Upton, Shyanne and Shaylynn Upton; and his siblings, Michael Atwater (Christina), Stacy Harrington (Matt), Lee Atwater, Tonda Shaver, Chelsea Tarr, Jacob Tarr, Zakery Tarr, Tiffany Tarr, Kevin Morris, Lenny Morris, Jeremy Morris, Mindy Rinker (Mitchell) and Ronald Morris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
