Chase, III of Vincennes, IN, Randy Chase of Allegany, James Chase of Allegany, Laura Chase of Olean and Melinda Chase of Olean; and his brother David Chase (Christine) of Allegany. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
