He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Bokman and Mary Smith Bokman; his daughters, Julie and Dr. Susan Bokman Leitzan; and his siblings, Veronica "Ronnie" Gillmeister Cameron, Mary Basinait, Michael, Henry, Joseph and Jimmy Bokman At.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Giarrizzo; his sons, Rick Bokman (Kathy), Scott Bokman (Patti) and Mark Bokman (Susan); his sister Rita Lewis; his son-in-law Mark Leitzan; his grandchildren, Mike Bokman (Brittney), Christa Hunt (Dan), Nicki Williams (Ryan), Ryan Bokman and Mathew Bokman; his great grandchildren, Max, Eli and Emma; and his close friends, Tom, Audrey, Bob, Albert, Tiffany, Don, Nancy, Bill, Carl, Doc, Mary Ruth and Barb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
