He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest N. Morgan and Julia M. Smith Morgan; his daughter Marlene Moore; and his siblings, Lewis Morgan, Robert Morgan, David Morgan and Marilyn Sebring.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Georgia Carr; his girlfriend's daughters, Sue Chesebro Ofano and Carol Chesebro (Mike Myszka); his children, Kenneth Morgan (Kathryn) of Snellville, GA, Judy Merritts of Clearfield, PA, James Morgan (Roxanne) of Grand Island, Diana Byron (Robert) of Celina, OH and Brian Morgan (Bambi) of Allegany; and his siblings, Daniel Morgan of Lexington, KY, Dennis Morgan (Eileen) of Allegany and Anne Evens of Olean. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
