She was predeceased by: her sister Barbara Moon. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Smith; her children, Theresa Subsara (Steven), Melissa Gucinski (Ralph), Amy Talluto (Michael), Nicholas and Christopher Smith; and her siblings, David Petre (late Joyce) and Judith Krieger (late Kenneth). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
