She was predeceased by: her spouse Willert Herkey. She is survived by: her children, Donald Herkey, Leanne Martin (Shawn), Lisa Wittlief (Kenneth), Joseph Herkey and Chad Herkey; her grandchildren, Melody, Levi, Shannon, Julia, Rachel and Kenny Jr.; and her siblings, John Michael, Robert Michael, Phyllis Letcher and Eileen Cameron. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
