He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Lucile Smith (James); and his siblings, Edward Smith, James E. Smith, David Smith, William Smith, Mae Elizabeth Hodges and Tyrone Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Smith (Riddick); his daughter Consuela Johnson (Leon) of Albion; his siblings, George Smith of Niagara Falls and Gwen Dexter; and his grandchildren, Asazi Harris and Mystique Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
