It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fay Declerck of Albion, New York, born in Troxelville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Moyer and Verna Maude Moyer (Thomas). She is survived by: her children, Talisa Chillari (Michael) and Cary DeClerck (Mary); her grandchildren, Tara Murch (Scott), Brittanie Declerck, KimberDeClerck, Cary DeClerck Jr., Talina Puga, Christopher McAdoo (Stephany), Nicholas McAdoo and Patrick Woodhams (Brittany); and her brother Clarence Moyer Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
