She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester R. Say and Gertrude Say (Lee); her husband Clifford E. Cedar; and her daughter Eloise Elizabeth Webster. She is survived by: her children, Darleen Wright (Jimmy), Laurena LaFoy (late Cleve) and Clifford B. Cedar (Judy); and her friend Bonnie Peters. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
