He was predeceased by: his father Roy Walter; and his siblings, Marlin, Glenn and Ruth Walter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Dennis Walter (Cindy) of Kendall, Charlene Bloom (Gary) of Albion, Susan Wasserbauer (Mark) of Livonia and Lori Mulrain (Tom); his siblings, Alan Walter (Mary) of Albion and Dorothy Askin (Chris); his grandchildren, Melanie, Nathan, Martha, Alison, Jenney, Marie and Shannon; his siblings-in-law, Curtis Kujaneck, Kay Walter and Marcia Walter; and his pet Maestro. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
