He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Miller and Bertha Miller (Towers); his wife Florence; and his siblings, Gordon, Arnold and Betty.
He is survived by: his sons, Franklin Miller of Waterport and Frederick Miller of Waterport; his sisters, Beverly Downey of Holley and Lois Preston (Richard) of Albion; his granddaughter Sarah Cassidy (John) of Albion; his great grandchildren, Emily and Brayden; and his brother-in-law Willis Birch (Bonnie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
