She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Payen; her husband Raymond DeTine; her siblings, Virginia Payen, Fernand Payen, Fernande Benedict (Thane) and Lillian Payen; and her brother-in-law Stephen Stewart.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond DeTine (Noelle), Bill DeTine (Jayne) and Denise Northrop (Michael); her sister Simone Stewart; and her sister-in-law Betty Payen.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Yvonne's memory to S.P. C.A. of Erie County.
