He is survived by: his wife Anna "Betty" Welch (Gartley); his daughters, Sharon Ruth (John) and Lisa Welch; his grandchildren, Evelyn (Justin), Elizabeth (Craig), Samuel, Emily, Jeremiah, Isaiah and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Matthias and Nehemiah; and his sister Ethel Hahn (David).

Charitable contributions may be made in George's memory to First Baptist Church of Collingdale, PA.
