He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ceisner and Emma Ceisner (Morgan); his wife Joyce Ceisner; and his brother Bruce Ceisner. He is survived by: his son John Babcock (Kimberlee); his grandsons, Kenneth Babcock (Colleen) and Joseph Babcock; his great grandchild Quinn Babcock; and his brother Gregory Ceisner.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Doug's memory to a Veteran's organization of one's choice.
