She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Mather and Minnie Mather (Kirk); her husband Chub; her son Evan Smith; and her stepson Douglas Smith.
She is survived by: her children, LaRae Smith of Addison, Sherrie Vitulli (Daniel) of Woodhull, Mariann Smith of Addison, Judy Smith of Addison and Edward Smith (Myra) of Addison; and her sister Helena Myers of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested for Care First Hospice or the Elkland United Methodist Church.
