He is survived by: his pets, Rudy, Ollie and JoJo; his wife Janeen Colvin Newert of Owasco; his children, Jacob, Hannah and Alex; and his siblings, David Newert (Lynn) of Auburn, Dennis Newert (Sharon), Christine Newert of Auburn, Katie Netti (Jim) of Auburn and Maria Newert of Auburn. He is also survived by siblings, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
