He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Stark and Dianitia Stark; and his siblings, Eleanor, Geneva and Albert Earl (Ruth).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; and his children, Carolyn Storz (Don) of Fallon and Thomas Stark (Teri) of Milwaukie. He is also survived by two granddaughters, two great granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.
There will not be a memorial service due to Covid-19.
