He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mathews and Carrie Beth Mathews; and his wife Genie Mathews. He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis, Karen and Julie; and his stepchildren, Bruce, Emily and Ben. He is also survived by His family would like to thank his many friends and co-workers.
