He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucille Lossing, Paul Franklin, Ruby Pete and Allen Snapp; and his brothers, Elroy and Leroy Franklin.
He is survived by: his parents, Pauline Andrea Franklin and Rodney Allen Snapp; and his siblings, Marcus Numkena and Rowena Numkena.
